General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the k222 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By registering on k222 or using any of the platform's services, you are giving your consent to these terms and conditions in full.

The platform provides online betting and casino entertainment services for Bangladeshi users. Our goal is to ensure a safe, fair, and entertaining environment where every member can play with confidence.

Account Security & Confidentiality

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing or transferring this information with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

• You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
• If you suspect that there has been unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Use a strong password for security and change it regularly.
• Remember to log out of your account after logging in from a public device or network.

k222 will not be held responsible for account misuse by a third party if the member has not adequately protected their own login details.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds into k222: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Deposited funds must come from an account registered in your own name.
• Depositing through or accepting deposits from a third party is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification may be mandatory before the first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals cannot be made from bonus balance if the wagering requirements have not been met.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit at k222, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn an additional ৳1,000 bonus — making your total balance ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific expiry date; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Any attempt to claim a bonus using multiple accounts or false information will result in the account being closed.
• k222 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Separate terms may apply to free spins and other promotional offers.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

k222 sets specific minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game and betting category. These limits are clearly displayed in each game's interface.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game session is cancelled due to a system error, network disconnection, or other technical issues, the bet amount is generally refunded. However, k222's decision will be considered final in such cases.

6.3 Game Fairness

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k222 platform:

• Attempting to access another member's account.

Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 k222's Rights

k222 may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Account inactivity (advance notice will be given in cases of prolonged inactivity).

9.2 Member's Rights

Any member may request the closure of their account at any time. Available real-money funds (not bonuses, if wagering requirements have not been met) may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Limitation of Liability

k222 accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Any loss or disruption to a game session caused by internet disconnection.
• Account details being compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• Issues related to third-party software or devices.
• Unexpected technical errors that have been resolved through fair compensation.
